Movement to discover, heal, and participate in the landscape of your being. I give space to explore it all: interior and exterior, static and dynamic, straight lines and curves, all sides of the body, seen and unseen. Classes are an invitation to attune, a map to come home, a chance to see how much change (neuroplasticity) is possible.

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
Aligned Flow
Neutral is static, yet alive with great attention and detail. We will explore interior landscape, breath, and movement from a traditional alignment based lens. Expect efficient, clear, intelligent sequencing, occasional myofascial release with Roll Model® Therapy Balls and space to come home to yourself. All levels.
Bowspring (an evolution)
Neutral is dynamic, a position of readiness. We will explore mindset and movement in a new paradigm, Bowspring. Natural curves of the spine and even fascial tone to the entire body (a hug to yourself) are maintained throughout the practice. Expect to disrupt autopilot here. Expect to build your backside and to move with more lightness and spring in your step. Glutes are on the rise, belly is long and open. Mindfulness and sensitivity is high. All levels.
Group Practice
First Sunday of every month 11:30 – 12:45. Informal, unscripted, practice time – together. $20 or free for on-demand library subscribers.
